We provide excellent health benefits to our full-time employees

  • Medical – We provide competitively priced plans for our full time team employees. Employees are eligible for enrollment after 60 days of service to become effective the 1st of the month following 60 days of service.
  • Dental- Including 100% coverage on preventative procedures.
  • Vision Plan – VSP (In-network) Comprehensive eye exams every 12 months; contact lenses or eyewear frames every 12 months (up to $130)
  • Life- Enroll in our Medical Plan and automatically received 20K of basic life insurance. Additional life insurance options for dependents are also available.
  • 401k- Contribute as much of your pay as you would like.

Other Benefits

We provide key long term financial and other benefits.

  • Paid Time Off – Regular Full-time employees are eligible for 1 week of Paid Time Off after 90 days of service, plus 2 weeks of additional paid time off after 6 months of service. Regular Full-Time employees accrue vacation time on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Direct Deposit – Avoid the hassle of waiting in line at the bank. Employees are eligible to enroll in direct deposit with the financial institution of their choice.
  • Paid Holidays – Full- time employees receive 5 paid holidays per calendar year in addition to Paid Time Off Days. Holidays observed are New Year’s Day (Jan. 1), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (Dec. 25).
